Argus ManuTech’s Nathan Hay Named 2025 Influential Leader by AACSB

We are proud to celebrate our General Manager, Nathan Hay, who has been named a 2025 Influential Leader by AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business). This prestigious recognition honours exceptional alumni from AACSB-accredited business schools around the world who are redefining success through innovation, leadership, and positive impact.

Nathan’s recognition reflects his outstanding accomplishments both at the UC Business School, where he completed his MBA, and here at Argus ManuTech, where he applied his Capstone project to lead our digital transformation.

Under his leadership, Argus ManuTech has undergone a significant transformation over the past few years, fostering a culture of continuous improvement where new ideas come from every level of the business. This journey has delivered tangible results, including a 13% gain in production efficiency and $1.3 million in inventory savings.

These achievements have not only strengthened our operations but also created new opportunities, such as our partnership with MARS Bioimaging Ltd. By delivering competitive contract manufacturing services while keeping production proudly NZ Made, we are helping to support and grow local innovation.
