Nathan Hay Wins Excellence in Manufacturing Leadership Award

Hosted by Advancing Manufacturing Aotearoa during the SouthMACH trade show, these awards recognise outstanding achievement, innovation, and leadership in New Zealand’s manufacturing sector. Nathan was first announced as a finalist, and his win is a testament to the significant contributions he has made to both Argus ManuTech and the wider industry.

Over the past few years, Nathan has led Argus ManuTech through a transformative period, spearheading our digital transformation journey. His vision and leadership in adopting advanced manufacturing technologies have modernised our operations, improved efficiency, and created new business opportunities. This work has not only delivered sustainable growth for our company but also showcased the strength and capability of New Zealand manufacturing on the global stage.

The Excellence in Manufacturing Leadership award also reflects Nathan’s commitment to his team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
